MUMBAI: In one of the busiest weeks for the primary market in recent times, six mainboard IPOs closed on Friday, along with three on SME platforms of the two bourses. The nine primary offers together saw total demand worth about Rs 1.4 lakh crore against a mobilisation target of about Rs 3,100 crore, bidding data on NSE and BSE showed.
Buzzing with activity
The biggest offer to close on Friday was by RentoMojo, which is raising a total of Rs 1,250 crore, with the post-anchor part pegged at Rs 871 crore. The bidding (post-anchor) part of the issue was subscribed 73 times, generating a total demand worth nearly Rs 63,600 crore. Among the nine IPOs that closed Friday, this was the biggest generator in terms of value.The day also saw Karamtara Engineering’s issue subscribed 60 times, with the post-anchor demand valued at Rs 40,667 crore, bidding data showed. Among other IPOs that closed during the day, demand for LCC Projects was worth Rs 14,817 crore, for ARCIL Rs 10,311 crore and for Steamhouse India Rs 9,299 crore.
