Noel Rodriguez -Alvarez was born with disabilities. In March 2023, the six-year-old was reported missing by worried relatives, prompting cops to do a welfare check at his home near Dallas, Texas. His mother Cindy Rodriguez-Singh told the cops that Noel had been sent to Mexico to live with his biological father. But two days later, Cindy left the US with her husband Arshdeep Singh, took six other children and went to India. Hunt for Cindy and Noel continued for years until Cindy was found in India. She was transferred to the US in 2025to face a capital murder charge.Last week, the bone-chilling case saw new updates as the authorities said they found remains of Noel, as they did not give up on the search even after Cindy’s arrest.”I would like to tell him. ‘Rest well little man. We’ll take it from here,’” said Everman Police Chief Al Brooks in a statement.
